Do you have a conflict to resolve and feel you are stuck. Be cool 1. Send us an e-mail per@leadcom.se describing the problem and what you want to achieve. 2. We look it through and send you some questions to be answered. Send them back to us. 3. We look them through and will come up with suggestions, or, alternatively, maybe ask some more questions depending on the issue. 4. You come back with you input on our suggestions. 5. We decide a meeting where we work with different solutions in practice Evaluation after you have performed the conversation. |
