A unique and new concept when it comes to making communicative leaders out of managers and high-potentials that will have an immediate and profitable effect on your business based on four components:
- The ECi Capital Inventory 360 ™. Research has shown that to be successful we need emotional intelligence (EQ). This new tool will take the temperature on each participant before the course starts and give him/her a chance to sit down with our ECR certified trainers on an individual basis and map out which areas need to be strengthened.
- The Open Space Technology is a revolutionary way of working that emerged in the 1980s where the participants structure their own time based on the ECi 360 and experiences during the course.
- Techniques from the theatre. Actors are trained in the art of communication. They learn to be aware of the signals they are sending out, read others, giving and taking impulses, expressing themselves and getting their message across.
- Our two head trainers have not only a long experience in leadership development (“One of the most competent and professional consultants in Europe when it comes to leadership and communication.”) but also from the theatre world. Depending on the needs of individual participants coaches, actors, trainers, voice teachers, etc. from their extensive network will join the work.
This course consists of
- Doing the ECi Capital Inventory 360 ™.
- Individual meeting with one the head coaches
- Three days of training
- Two days of training
- One day of traing + one day of individual plan.
We will supply and adjust this course to companies that are interested in working with their whole manager team or on a smaller scale.
