Amazing team/group= great performance of Per and Peter= Perfect organization by Barbara= great location in terms of the learning atmosphere but also in terms of an impressive city of Warsaw.
Now I´ve realized how incredible important it is to prepare the Development Dialogue.
Amazing how little is needed to get it sooo much better… Was not too keen doing this course / happy I did. Massive learning. Thank you!

I have attended many management courses during my life but never one as exciting as this one! Fun, learning and filled with humor and joy. Everything that was brought up was right on when it comes to leadership. Couldn’t be better! Left the course with energy and anticipation using my new insights. Thank you very much! After almost twenty years as a manager I thought I´ve heard it all! And I had – but not this way! Lot of old stuff but with a twist that made it really new, very understandable and not least – fun! The part when we discussed the importance of narrowing the discrepancies between my perceptions of my -self and others perceptions of me was really something I´ve never thought of before. Well, scary but great.
The best presentation technique training I ever had. Efficient and fun. Disarmed most of my fears when it comes to giving presentations. Thanks!
