Per Klefelt and Peter Böök, Lead Com AB, mediate their knowledge and experience about communication from the theatre world and transform it in a significantly efficient way to leadership situations. They describe general methods and work with role playing and situational training. Per Klefelt has been and is engaged by Ericsson since ten years back. Per foremost strength as a leadership trainer is that he gets the managers to use their strengths and deal with their weaknesses through constructive feedback. I have used Lead Com AB for more than 20 years to train managers and leaders. I have worked together with Lead Com AB since 1983 when it comes to Communicative Leadership. They have given courses in handling development discussion, handling conflicts and rhetoric for managers/leaders from the level of team leaders to middle management. Also for boards. Our long collaboration is based on the simple fact that Lead Com AB has a big competence in these areas and their courses are never boring, fact crammed or traditional.
