Strategic leadership development programs

We are also a part of programs that span over 12 to 15 days for the development of leadership within in larger companies. Within these programs we are responsible for the three day module on Communicative Leadership. The module can very simply be adjusted to the central goal of the program when it comes to the core values, policies and leadership criteria’s.

Since five years back we are part of the Vattenfall Core Management Program, where we so far have worked with around 1,000 managers from
the different parts of Vattenfall in northern Europe. On a scale of 5 we have an average result of 4,3 on the evaluations which is the best result of any part  of the VCMP.  We have handled the same typ of programs for Ericsson, SEB, AMS and Postens Trainee program with the same kind of evaluations.

This means that we have a broad experience from different areas and company cultures. Our experience and background in the theatre world has proven itself very useful. It is today not uncommon for the business world to use people from the theatre world to train communication but not many have the experience and knowledge from the business world that we have.
