Who we are

Per Klefelt 

I am a trained drama teacher, actor and mimeartis, have taught acting, acrobatics, improvisation and mime for fifteen years. I studied pedagogic at the University of Stockholm. I was head of the theatre department of Kulturama and then for Scenstudion in Stockholm.
I have 27 years of experience in developing leadership and communication with among others Ericsson for 13 years, AMS and SEB for 5 years, the Swedish Postal Service 10 years and Vattenfall for 6 years  - among others. I live on the south side of Stockholm with my 17 years old daughter and our dog Strega. My free time is spent with my daughter, walking the dog, at the theatre, travelling, reading, listening to the public service radio and with my friends at the local gathering point. I am working on my green card in golf and studying Spanish.

I have directed more than 80 theatre productions (Sweden, Denmark, USA, Chile and Spain), translated more than 30 plays and have spent thousands of hours teaching actors and theatre directors in their craft. As a base I hold a BA in theatre, film and sociology but also hold a degree in economics. From 1974 until 2009 (35 years!) I was the director of Spegelteatern in Stockholm. In the beginning of the seventies I was involved in starting up of Kulturama where I headed the theatre department for the first eight years. During the second half of the nineties I spent a lot of time in Chile teaching and leading projects with among others Universidad Catolica in Valparaiso and Universidad Blas Cañas in Santiago. For the last ten years I have been working together with Per on leadership development. I am currently also engaged in a developing project for RESAD in Madrid and I write. My free time is spent studying Spanish, reading and with my two cats.
