The hidden terror at workplaces There are actually people around that have a different agenda. Their “business concept” is to create uncertainty and imbalance among others. Their methods are subtle and to the casual observer completely harmless. That is also their idea – their methods should not be easily observed or verbalized because that would mean that they lose power and control which is what they in the first place strive for. The result however is that over time the victim is completely broken down. The process often starts with harmless things that escalate to advanced mobbing. (“At this office we are straightforward and open.”)
This is a three hour long seminar that discloses these methods, the effects of them on the victim(s), the business and the surroundings. But we also point out what can be done about it. |
